30 Day Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation

* 30 DAY RETURN CONDITIONS

● Before returning an item, customers must contact us to apply for a return. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, DreamSport Auto reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
●   If you purchased the wrong model or don't like the style, you need to pay for the return shipping. And you must send the return tracking number via email to dreamsportauto@gmail.com.
● Order ID Number is also your RMA Number must be on the Shipping Label.
●Please send me the return tracking number after returning the item. It will be processed within 5 business days of receipt (excluding weekends, holidays and the day the package is delivered). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
●We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used/installed please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact DreamSport Auto within 72 hours.

*. ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has a tracking number added, it means it has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

*. DAMAGED ITEM

If the product is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product,our will replace the product at no charge,please send email to us within 48 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a FedEx claim for the item.Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because FedEx, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A FedEx representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return.
